Questo elegante alloggio è perfetto per chi ama il design, la natura e le escursioni. Immerso nel verde delle colline friulane, vicino alla Ciclovia Alpe Adria ed altre mete di interesse (vedi nella guida). Ogni dettaglio degli interni è stato progettato con la massima cura, e con l'amore per l'architettura dei padroni di casa. Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

House in pure nature in Lepena- Soča Valley

Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Berghütte auf 1000m mit Saunanutzung am Südhang

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

La casetta Friland Chamomilla si affaccia su un panorama ampio e luminoso che spazia dalle Alpi Giulie alla Pianura Friulana e, nelle giornate più limpide, fino al mare e alla Slovenia. In primavera i boschi si risvegliano vestendosi di nuove gemme, l’aria si fa dolce e il paesaggio si accende di sfumature di verde. Le giornate più lunghe e miti invitano a rallentare, alternando piacevoli camminate rigeneranti sui crinali in fiore a momenti di quiete, osservando il mondo rinascere dall’alto.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento. Dal 1 /4! 2026 il comune chiede la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona al giorno in contanti. .

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter.
