Willkommen in unseren Holiday House mit herrlichem Panoramablick. Auf einer Ebene mit 110m2 befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Bad & WC, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Vorraum/weiteres WC. Chill-Out-Area mit zwei Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Alleinige Hausnutzung. Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. grosszügig gestaltete ferienwohnung im 2. stock eines umgebauten alten bauernhauses,mit zirben- und lärchenhölzern ausgebaut. man muss alte böden mit dementsprechende fugen in den gehölzern mögen. der blick geht über das kleine dorf obervellach in die nahegelegenen berge, wo winters wie sommers viele sportliche aktivitäten dir erholung,entspannung und spannung ermöglicht werden. die fewo ist grosszügig angelegt,mit einem grossen wohn-und küchenbereich, wo viel platz zum verweilen einlädt.
