Relax in our cozy studio filled with local art

Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Enter 6 acre property through gated entrance, across creek bridge, to guest house, enjoy amenities from internet with wifi, Tesla EV charger, front patio area with seating & grill, covered gazebo area with seating, fire pit & tv over looking small creek, pet friendly fenced in area, the inside of guest house is warm and inviting with 12' tall living room area ceiling with lots of windows for that open feeling, full kitchen area, stackable washer and dryer, 2 individual bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

Country setting and close to town - the perfect mix. Just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. Completely unwind in this peaceful setting - relax in a rocking chair and listen to the sounds of the bold creek. The beautiful studio apartment, located in the daylight basement of our home, welcomes you after a day of exploring. Nearby attractions include: white water rafting,hiking, and all the wonderful restaurants, breweries and shops of downtown Asheville.

The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests. No pets allowed, we love them.

If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
