Whether you want to catch deer grazing in the yard while you drink your coffee, soak up the sun, or sleep late and catch the sunset from the porch, there’s something for everyone to enjoy from this beautiful property. Centrally located between Bristol (Casino and State Street), Johnson City (ETSU), and Kingsport (Eastman and Bay’s Mountain).

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The hot tub with the view of the river & the firepit with wood furnished is a great way to spend the day outdoors… hiking, Fly fishing, tubing , kayaking or just relaxing watching for wildlife that happens by is a great way to spend the day. Dining, winery’s , skiing & shopping close by.
