Welcome to the Lodge at The Light Center! The Light Center is a spiritual non-profit retreat center dedicated to Prayer & Meditation. The Lodge is an open large lodge that is welcoming and rustic. All rooms may be individually rented. Please know our lodge is unsuitable for children under age 12 due to our sunken living room with granite stairs, two outdoor granite staircases, and a 1950s style balcony. We have a large communal kitchen, living room, & dining room. Our cleaning protocols excel.

The Tahimek Mountain Lodge is located in a secluded, pristine, mountain cove. Surrounded by tall hardwood trees, with views of the sunset and surrounding mountains. A peaceful retreat for guests seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This room is cozy, yet small. If you prefer a larger room please click on photos to see other rooms. Room 6 has one queen and is on the more social Courtyard Side. No private baths but the large marble bath house is steps away. All rooms have a rustic/lodge/mountain feel with vaulted ceilings, mini fridge, pod coffee maker and 40" tv.

Our 22-acre campus extends to the New River, allowing for onsite fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The Master King Suite has a jacuzzi and is located on the main floor with private access to the deck.
