Step into a modernized suburban getaway at this inviting residence. The home showcases wood accents and decor, contrasting motifs, subtle touches of color, and an outdoor patio dining space with a BBQ.
The house is within a few miles from Balboa Island, Newport Back bay, Mesa Verde Golf Course, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Segerstrom Performing Arts, Disney, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Anaheim Convention Center, restaurants and grocery stores and Hoag Hospital. Close to the 405 and 55 freeways. 10 mins from John Wayne Airport, 20 mins from Long Beach Airport and 30 mins from LAX during non peaked hours.
My home is great for families, groups and business travelers. It sleeps 12 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds. One King bed in the master bedroom. Queen bed in the middle room. Full over Queen bunk bed in the first room. All bedrooms have large smart TVs with Roku, cable TV and other streaming apps. There are custom made wood furnishings throughout the house, 6 new beds with comfortable Nod memory foam mattress, 5 smart 4K Roku TVs, high quality towels, blazing fast wifi internet, phone chargers, hair dryers, flat and curling irons, bed linens, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, coffee, creamer and snacks, a Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker, pack and play, baby bathtub and high chair, beach chairs/umbrella, iron and ironing board, first aid kit and fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, Instant Pot, rice cooker, silverware, serving ware, blender, toaster etc. For families with little ones, there's a pack and play portable crib, high chair, baby bath tub and beach toys
There are 2 sofa beds in the living room that may be used. Linens, pillows and blankets can be found in the closet in the middle bedroom.
You will have full access to the house, minus my personal closets in the hallway that will be locked. One with camera inside. Only motion activated. No camera in living area.
I will answer calls/texts promptly unless I’m driving or sleeping. I usually give my guests the privacy . I’m available in person when needed. I live 15 mins away, so if there is anything you need, please let me know. I do my best to accommodate requests for early check in and late check outs but sometimes this is not possible due to housekeeping needs.
The house boasts close proximity to a number of shops and great restaurants. There are also great hikes at Crystal Cove Park over looking the ocean and Newport Back Bay.
Uber and Lyft are good economical ways of traveling to and from John Wayne Airport and to Balboa Island. Parking is difficult near the Island. There’s a bus that can take you straight to Disney! The bus stop is 2 blocks away.
Quiet Time: As this is a residential neighborhood, I must insist on quiet time after 10PM. Please be mindful and respectful of my neighbors.
Security Cameras are in the garage, driveway, front door and backyard and in one closet.
