The cottage has ramps into the front and back of the house. The house is located next door to a flower farm. For winter stays enjoy the hot tub on the deck and a wood fire.

It has been set at a pleasant setting. Light switches are to the left of the room and fan switch is to the right, on the beam.

It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.
