Descend from our beautiful home along a gently sloping, short trail leading directly onto the Van Damme State Park beach. Beach Trail Cottage offers a deep front porch, decorative shingles, and high-pitched roof angles that seamlessly blends the old with the new for an unpretentious yet elegant, inviting space.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. We’ve designed a large studio space with fluffy linens, handmade textiles, and natural touches to delight you. Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).
