Nestled between the redwoods & pigmy forest 3 miles from Mendocino Village, this tiny house comes with a kitchenette, sofa bed, bar/dining area & sleeping loft, with a short stroll through the garden to your private bathroom/shower. *BED IS UP A LADDER You can warm yourself up at the nearby fire pit [EXCEPT DURING COUNTY ‘NO-BURN’ ORDERS], while star-gazing & enjoying the sounds of nature, including the chorus of frogs in the pond & chirping of the birds. Private Tiny House

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. The tiny home is tucked into the back of our property with lots of surrounding trees and succulents. Hummingbirds love to visit our yard! Just a few blocks from I-580 and Highway 13 make this spot convenient for visiting all the great spots Oakland and the Bay Area have to offer. Awesome hiking trails and Redwood Park just a 5 minute drive! Or drive 2 minutes to the Laurel district for great restaurants and coffee shops.

Unique tiny house w huge windows & deck, near lake

Newly constructed (Aug '17) ~ we welcome you to a unique tiny house in the sky! It is surrounded by a huge shared outdoor deck. The tiny house has tons of light, high ceilings, a Murphy bed, full bathroom, "tiny house" kitchen, and bonus beds in a loft space. Walkable, green, central area. COVID: unit shares NO air with anyone else! (no ductwork etc). It is a peaceful neighborhood here and we respect quiet hours after 10p.
