In fall, the colors are vibrant and breathtaking. Fresh maple products are on tap in Spring. Enjoy area attractions such as Ausable Chasm, High Falls Gorge, Port Kent Beach, golf, orchards, hiking and biking.

We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.

On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

River House is across from the Winooski Falls and is part of Burlington's historic mill neighborhood. It's a 10 minute walk to the Winooski Circle which is full of restaurants and activity. Downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain are a 10 min (2 mile) drive away. This unique, arty tiny house features hardwood floors, a small kitchen and bathroom, and a shared outdoor space. There is a queen bed upstairs in the loft and a full sized couch downstairs which can be made up for sleeping.

There is a large, well equipped kitchen, open space floor plan, new shower unit and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!
