Smart tv and good internet. We are within 5 min walking distance of downtown Parkersburg, and only a block from Camden Clark Hospital, affordable centrally located.

After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

We want to introduce you to the beautiful Julia-Ann Square Historic District. The original owner Mary Logan had the initiative to build this 1920's home as an investment property. It's a stylish apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".
