We're located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building.

Great and quiet home in beautiful Marietta, within a 10-minute drive to the historical downtown of Marietta. Great for family vacations and visitors, we have everything ready, just enjoy your time in Marietta. In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.

Our home is a beautiful historical non smoking house. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located 2.5 miles from the Grand Central Mall and several great restaurants. We are one mile from the Camden Clarke hospital. We are one block away from the Juli-Ann historic district which is a beautiful evening walk.
