Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, the annexe at Tower Hill Barn Selattyn, provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 miles from the border town of Oswestry it provides an ideal base for walkers, with an abundance of local footpaths - Offa's Dyke is close by. The village of Selattyn is home to The Docks pub which serves excellent food and local beers. The property is not really suitable for children and regrettably we do not accept pets.

The secluded private terrace and hot tub provide the perfect place to relax and watch the sun set, with alfresco dining under the pergola. Oak Tree Hideaway is our other property at the same location has a hot tub and is dog friendly.

We are around 15 minutes from Chester and 40 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There are 3 great nature reserves within 5 minutes and Wrexham Football Club is 4 miles. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)

Alternatively why not take a walk to spot some wildlife along the River Dee. A welcome hamper is included and we're just next door if you need anything.

Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

It is very comfortable, private and completely separate from the main house where the hosts live. It is opposite a bus stop where buses go to Chester and Wrexham.

We welcome dogs and the property is very suitable for those who wish to be on one level.
