Relax in this quiet beach house, only half a mile away from Seagull Beach! Ten minutes or less from Island ferries restaurants, water park, mini-golf and more! Enjoy all the summer fun that Cape Cod has to offer, although we find that there is little reason to venture far from a home that has it all. Rattlin house has a fully fenced in backyard, outdoor shower, fire pit and patio sofa. Three bedrooms, an office/spare room off the primary and an additional sofa bed, and two full baths.

Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

We are 1.5 miles away from Gray's Beach on the north side of the Cape and 4.5 miles from Smugglers Beach on the "warmer water" south side. This is a NON-SMOKING property, inside and outside.
