This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area(with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc..), and single bathroom. The unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. We have a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bath, living room and dining area When you book would you PLEASE let me know whether or not you will be traveling with a dog and if you are what breed of dog will you be bringing. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
