Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Relax with some hydrotherapy featuring a private sauna, cold plunge pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and massage chair. Coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave . Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Enjoy your own private one bedroom, one bath, with a private deck. Free off street parking. Located in Saco within walking distance of downtown. 7 min drive to Old Orchard Beach. We decorated with a Bohemian Treehouse style. Perfect size for a single person or couple. We brought some of our most cherished art and plants from our own home. Enjoy!

Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. After a long day at the beach relax on the covered patio watching the ducks and geese on the lake while the squirrels and chipmunks run abound. Listen to the wide variety of birds singing.

Park & take a short walk to the back 2 acres of my property. The yurt overlooks a meadow & faces the sunrise. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

Kick your feet up on the deck, breathe in the pine, listen to the birds and frogs, or take a gentle stroll down Bufflehead Cove Lane. Walk quietly and you may spot a heron or egret on the pond!
