Come experience our spacious private quarters in the newly constructed addition adjacent to the historical Lucas Nowell house circa 1780. Luxurious accomodations for up to four. One queen, one double bed. Private bath with AC, satellite TV and wireless internet. Two night weekend minimum Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Enjoy a continental breakfast of home-baked goods and fruit on our sunporch or patio. Great location, walking distance to town where you can enjoy all Wolfeboro has to offer. Summer Weekend Booking Policy (June–August): To ensure availability during our busiest season, weekend stays must include Friday and Saturday nights. Enjoy our peaceful Ogunquit retreat. Private entrance with patio. A nicely appointed suite with a luxury queen bed. Skip the parking hunt. Leave your car here and enjoy a scenic 10-minute walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Restaurants, shops, trolleys, beach caddy are all nearby. Downtown is a 25-minute walk, and Beach is 30 minutes.

Enjoy a large, light lovely room in a Victorian Mansard 1881 in the historic section of South Portlands Pleasantdale neighborhood. A picturesque quaint coastal village across the bridge to Portland. On the Greenbelt Walkway one block off the water, walk, ride or bike to five lighthouses, restaurants, music venues, galleries, coffee shops, dispensary, and beaches. Enjoy a lobster roll. Close to all public transport and airport and ferry to island Everyone is welcome in this safe space.

North Shore Coastal Community/Post & Beam

Located in a rural area near beautiful beaches & Plum Island Refuge. Beaches are anywhere from a ten to a 25-minute drive. 2 bedrooms & bath are on the second floor & require walking upstairs. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

Make your way to this lovely two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite with a brand-new kitchenette on the first floor of a lovely home just steps from North Beach. A peaceful setting ideal for families or couples. Bandstand, entertainment, and the Boardwalk are all within a 20-minute walk. Enjoy a morning walk, a day trip on bike or foot along the NH Rail Trails less than a mile from the property. There are beach towels and beach bikes available. Children's puzzles and toys are available.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Dog friendly quiet room and full bath.

Suspend yourself in time and tide in the Scarborough marsh or the beaches from Pine Point to Portland Head Light. Equidistant to the Spurwink and the Nonesuch Rivers. Just minutes from the bridge into Portland. Easy access to the highway and the airport. I have a cape style house with plenty of parking. Large fenced in backyard for your dog and a picnic table for your meals. I can not allow access to my living space at this time.

Back of the Moon Cottage

My house, built in 1920, has had a top to bottom renovation. It's a gem as it has a great view of the ocean from windows at the front house and a mile long view of the Rachel Carson tidal marsh preserve in the back. The house is directly across the street from beautiful Wells Beach with a public way right up to our front door! It's really the best of both worlds.
