For your vacationing bliss is our newly-built, high-design round house situated on 5+ private acres with its own creek, waterfall, pond, expansive decks, hot tub and separate cottage. It's close to two cool towns filled w great food, art, music, wineries, breweries and endless outdoor sport options, but you won't want to leave..there's no other spot like it on Earth. With soaring cathedral ceilings, panoramic windows & gorgeous views, you'll be transported into the surrounding beauty around you.

Chic Downtown Designer Apt ~ 750 sq ft.

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is no Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

Recharge in the Woods to the Sound of Our Creek

We welcome guests to experience our peaceful, wooded 30 acre property located in the foothills of Nevada County. Witness and listen to the sounds of running water as you recharge; lazing at our creek, hiking through the property, on the guest deck overlooking our natural setting or soaking in the hot tub as you enjoy the wonderful nightly sunsets and evening stars. Although you experience the sense of being completely isolated, you will be within 5 miles of 12 eateries and a grocery market.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Zen Nature Hermitage

8 Min Drive to downtown Nevada City, we're close by but feels remote! Relax in a comfy QUEEN BED, refined 2nd floor studio apartment (& Asian antiques showroom), with 3/4 bath & kitchenette. Abundant park-like Nature completes this sweet retreat location. Traditional Japanese food & Asian Tea Ceremony options (on-site tea house) adds to a cultural experience in this Sanctuary setting. Very quiet & private, **DIGITAL FREE no Wifi, limited cell reception. NO DOGS or pets, thank you!

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

The Family Equine-Cottage, horse accommodations

An 800+/- sq ft cottage with vaulted ceilings, 1 bed/ 1 bath (walk in shower). Full kitchen, Roku, TV, WiFi, back up generator, queen sleep number bed, adjustable head/foot base. Twin roll away bed available upon request (additional fee). Using the couches as a bed is not permitted and a fee will be assessed. Separate, dedicated fenced yard. All guests must be registered to be on property. No smoking. No parties, nor guests of guests, without prior approval of host.

Romantic Couples Get-Away Mid-Century Cottage

Pine antiques and floor, mid-century modern, marble bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room. Farm tables on 2 decks in summer and 3 french doors. Orchard and 100-year old olive trees. Private gated entrance and 2-acre property fully fenced. Locally made fresh croissants. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

Baby Bear's Cottage w/ hot tub.

Enjoy our comfortable one bedroom log cabin (King bed), with kitchenette, patio with waterfall and private hot tub. 3.5 mi. from the Yuba River with many deep pools, and huge warm boulders. 3 mi. from downtown Nevada City, live theatre, music, art, fine dining and boutique shopping. There is spotty cell service, but you can text via wifi. If you need a fast strong connection please consider that this may not be the place for you.
