It's close to two cool towns filled w great food, art, music, wineries, breweries and endless outdoor sport options, but you won't want to leave..there's no other spot like it on Earth. With soaring cathedral ceilings, panoramic windows & gorgeous views, you'll be transported into the surrounding beauty around you.

Red Dog Retreat *Mins. to Historic Nevada City*

Red Dog Retreat is settled back from the road amongst the trees. 2.75 mi directly up the hill from downtown Broad St. A 7min easy drive to Historic Downtown Nevada City & 15mins to the Yuba River. Walking and biking trails are steps away from our property and we are a short drive to Scott's Flat Reservoir. Bring your boats, bikes & kayaks! Grill and sit around the fire pit on our wrap around deck. We love our peaceful home and look forward to sharing it with guests from all backgrounds.

Enchanting Victorian Cottage - Two Room Inn

The Two Room Inn is a very beautiful, truly unique Victorian cottage located in the heart of historic gold rush town Nevada City in the Sierra foothills. Comfort, luxury, location, ambiance. Walk out the door and you are in downtown Nevada City with its wonderful array of cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. Within a few minutes' drive are numerous hiking trails and river swimming holes, and everywhere the beautiful natural surroundings of the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Beautiful Victorian in Historic Downtown

This immaculate Victorian is just a 5 minute walk to the heart of historic downtown Nevada City and Broad Street. Walk at your leisure to restaurants, festivals, farmers markets, breweries, the Miners Foundry and so much more, and never have to step in a car! You’ll love this destination because of the Victorian charm, great porch overlooking the street, privacy, airy high ceilings, the luxurious bed, and the well stocked kitchen. Great for couples, and solo adventurers.

Romantic Couples Get-Away Mid-Century Cottage

Pine antiques and floor, mid-century modern, marble bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room. Farm tables on 2 decks in summer and 3 french doors. Orchard and 100-year old olive trees. Private gated entrance and 2-acre property fully fenced. Locally made fresh croissants. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

Enjoy our comfortable one bedroom log cabin (King bed), with kitchenette, patio with waterfall and private hot tub. 3.5 mi. from the Yuba River with many deep pools, and huge warm boulders. 3 mi. from downtown Nevada City, live theatre, music, art, fine dining and boutique shopping. There is spotty cell service, but you can text via wifi. If you need a fast strong connection please consider that this may not be the place for you.
