This super fun house is perfectly located in Riverside; Jacksonville's most fun neighborhood. You can walk to bars, restaurants, yoga studios, shops, and more. We'll also send you a link to our personal G00gle doc with local tips for things to do, where to shop, and where to eat/drink. Our backyard has a firepit with adirondack chairs, a grill, and even 'smores kits. Plus, we have two bikes that you can use to cruise the neighborhood! The bikes even have cell phone holders & drink holders.

Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/2 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Historic Hollywood House w/Pool

Located in Avondale, this well kept 98 year old house features original hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen. There are 2 main bedrooms, and a third with a twin bed + trundle but no door. The back yard is private with a beautiful pool (that is not heated) and cabana. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.
