Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. This house is ideal for those who want to relax in the countryside, with a beautiful view of the mountain Učka, or ride a bike and explore the surroundings in this way. The yard of the house is rich in children's content but with enough space for playing and running.

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, an outdoor dinning area with grill, private pool and parking on the property. Each room is carefully designed by our designer. All this will afford you enjoy your holidays and fill up your batteries.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
