Die schöne, renovierte und gut gepflegte Dachwohnung liegt idyllisch beim Lärchenwald oberhalb dem Dorf Andeer (Paradies). Freier Blick in 3 Richtungen in die wunderschöne Bergwelt. Kostenlose Parkplätze gehören dazu. Das grosse Grundstück ist vollumfänglich umzäunt. Der grosse Sitzplatz mit Feuerschale zum Grillieren darf in Absprache genutzt werden (Partys mit Absprache / mieten beider Wohnungen). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, ideal für viele Aktivitäten im Winter und im Sommer.

Die Ferienwohnung "Edelweiss" im alten Bauernhaus ist teilweise neu renoviert. Der separate Wohnungseingang führt durch einen Vorraum (Holzschopf). Gemütliche Wohnung auf zwei Etagen, verbunden durch eine Wendeltreppe. Im ländlichen Stil, mit viel Arvenholz, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Im EG sind 1 Küche, 1 Bad/WC, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen und TV. Im 1. OG sind 3 gemütliche Schlafzimmer, sowie 1 Lese-+ TV-Nische. Zugang aus der Küche zum Gartensitzplatz inkl. Cheminée über Aussentreppe.

Unser frisch renoviertes Ferienhaus mit zwei Wohnungen liegt auf 1300 m im malerischen Walserdorf Schmitten mitten in Graubünden: Zu den weltberühmten Skiorten Davos, Lenzerheide und Savognin gelangt man in je 20 Minuten, St-Moritz ist ganzjährig auch mit der Albula-Bahn in 1 Stunde erreichbar. Schmitten liegt auf einer Sonnenterrasse über dem Landwasser-Viadukt, dem Wahrzeichen der Rhätischen Bahn, im "Park Ela" dem grössten Naturpark der Schweiz mit unbegrenzten Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
