Unsere große, stilvoll eingerichtete Familienwohnung bietet sehr komfortabel Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, die Urlaub in einer landschaftlich reizvollen Gegend machen wollen und dabei auf Komfort und Spaß, auch in der Wohnung, nicht verzichten wollen. Am Rand von Zittau gelegen, genießt man den Blick auf die Berge, kann sich aber noch gut versorgen oder mal in der Stadt gehen. Mit dem Auto kann man im Umkreis von 30 km viele Ausflüge für groß und klein unternehmen! Gerne Nachfragen ;)

Flat in the center of the town under Via ferrata

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

Die Ferienwohnung mit 74 m² ist eine maisonette Wohnung mit Flur, Wohnstube, 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Badezimmer und großem Balkon. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon oder im Außenbereich möglich (Nichtraucherwohnung). Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Pool/Poolhaus (saisonal nutzbar) und Feuer- und Grillplatz. Garage sowie Carport vorhanden. WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, Nutzung des Kaminzimmers nach Rücksprache möglich.

Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Dachterrasse

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrfamilienhauses, ist zentral gelegen und nicht weit vom Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung wird ab und zu von mir bewohnt aber meistens bin ich bei meiner Lebensgefährtin, deshalb ist die Wohnung meistens leer und steht ihnen zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine un Münztrockner im Keller können benutzt werden.
