Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig, og nyd udsigten over det bakkede terræn, med skoven som nærmeste nabo. I tekøkkenet, der indholder køleskab, to kogeplader og vask, har du mulighed for at lave morgenmad og frokost. Det opleves som om annekset ligger i landlige omgivelser, og dog ligger det i gåafstand til midtby og strand. Det ene af anneksets værelser tjener som Masterbedroom. I det andet står en sovesofa som mod merbetaling kan give plads til en/to ekstra gæster.

Med ny sauna og 70 kvm terrasse - begge med havudsigt. 6 gæster har adgang til: Flot køkken og bad, stor stue med TV og internet og unik havudsigt. 3 store soveværelser og alle med den smukkeste udsigt over fjorden. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg og fantastisk natur som nabo, tæt på Flensborg og Sønderborg og gåafstand til restauranterne Pearl, Sivgaarden og Providence. Døre er udsmykket med landskabsmotiver af kunstneren Wilhelm Dreesen.

Do you need a holiday? Well located in the southern Jutland, rural nature, you will find The Blueberry Farms new holiday home. An entire house, newly renovated and located on an idyllic natural plot with both private lake, forest and blueberry field. Fishing trips, bike rides, a swim in the public swimming pool or a game of golf? These are all within cycling distance of the farm. Du suchst ein kleines Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet, nahe an Wald, Strand, Meer? Du legst Wert auf ökologische Reinigungsprodukte und du freust dich, dass kein Fernseher vorhanden ist? Du suchst einen aussergewöhnlich schönen Platz, an dem du deine Seele baumeln lassen kannst und der "wilden Welt" entfliehen kannst? Dann bist du hier goldrichtig. Unser "Klabuni" ist seit 1960 in Familienbesitz und wurde 2021 komplett neu aufgebaut. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen und genießen.

Marielund：风景优美的海滨农舍

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Lev simpelt, men sofistikeret for nogle dage. Der er mulighed for gåture på små hyggelige stier og afslapning i unikke omgivelser med en god bog eller blot nyde stillheden og det rige dyreliv. Mange tur muligheder indenfor kort afstand. Tønder Marsken, sort sol, Tønder by, Gram Slot og Haderselv, Aabenraa og Tyskland.

A place to slow down and breathe. This rustic farmhouse of 230 m² offers complete privacy and is furnished with a warm, country-style atmosphere where simplicity and comfort go hand in hand. Outside, you’ll find a spacious and charming backyard, as well as a cosy inner courtyard for your enjoyment.

Newly renovated house with an amazing view and a huge garden directly at the Gendarme Path. Perfect for the family with kids! Wake up to the beautiful view over Flensborg Fjord or go down the stairs and tip your toes in the water. The large garden with a view over the fjord is perfect for quiet and relaxing, or games and fun with the kids. Here you can rest your legs or catch your breath after a busy day exploring the wonderful area.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Rigtig flot og charmerende, cirkusvogn med bred dobbeltseng. Isoleret og indlagt varme. Kun 350 m fra dejlig badestrand og skov samt Gendarmstien. Prisen er incl. morgenmad(hjemmebagte økologiske boller m.m.) Kaffe og te til fri afbenyttelse samt sengetøj og håndklæder. Parkeringsplads lige ved siden af cirkusvognen. 300 m til offentlig transport med bus nr. 110 fra Sønderborg, Gråsten og Flensborg.
