La Casetta del Borgo

La casetta del Borgo è una piccola perla nel suggestivo Borgo di Trevignano Romano. Un delizioso monolocale a due passi dal Lago, dall’atmosfera soffusa, che si ispira al tema di una barca. Tre posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo soppalcato), cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e un suggestivo biocamino. La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Con la mia famiglia saremo felici di accoglierti nella casa dove abbiamo vissuto e cresciuto i nostri figli, per questo l'abbiamo dotata di ogni confort.... da una fantastica cucina dotata di tutto compreso il camino, soggiorno divano smartTV netflix prime dysney+ WIFI - 2 camere da letto e i 2 bagni ci sono 5 balconi panoramici ed un grande giardino con barbecue. Siamo in zona residenziale, ma ad 1 passo dal LAGO 2 passi da ROMA3 passi dal MARE -2 km dalla stazione ferroviaria...TI ASPETTIAMO

Moderno appartamento incastonato nella cornice di uno splendido palazzetto d'epoca degli inizi del'700 che si staglia imponente nella parte più tranquilla e riservata del borgo. L'incantevole ed esclusivo affaccio della sua terrazza a picco sul lago vi lascerà senza fiato. Loft composto da zona living, zona notte schermata da tende oscuranti, piccola cucina separata e bagno con doccia. Accessibile attraverso un cortiletto esterno che conferisce una posizione unica nel cuore del centro storico.

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

Grazioso loft di circa 38mt quadri composto da un unico ambiente con angolo cottura, salone c/divano letto matrimoniale, finestra con uno scorcio sul lago e soppalco letto matrimoniale futon in legno; caratteristico il bagno rivestito in cotto e ardesia, cabina doccia e phon. Posizionato nella parte bassa del borgo storico, Il Loft del Lago è situato a 50mt dalla Piazza del Molo e 20mt dalla Piazza del Lavatoio, a pochi metri da ristoranti e locali, vicinissimo alla spiaggia del lungolago.

The Old Town and the Lake

The entire apartment is located 50 meters from the lake, on the ground floor and immersed in the medieval center of Anguillara Sabazia. It is perfectly accessible to anyone, with direct entrance on the street, outside the restricted traffic area, and easily reachable by car or by bus that takes you to the metropolitan train to Rome. The area, full of shops and restaurants is a lively part of the village but not noisy. Your small four-legged friends are also our friends (but let us know!).

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground.
