Von hier aus können Sie weltberühmte Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden, viel unternehmen und abseits der Touristenströme die Ruhe des toskanischen Landlebens genießen.

Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Mirta is an apartment in the casale located in the center of a centuries-old olive grove. The garden offers an incredible view on the Maremma hills with the Argentario coast in the background. Uncontaminated nature & silence and a wide choice of excursions in the surroundings with art, history, borghi and traditions. 20 minutes from Saturnia and 30 from the beaches of Capalbio

Agriturismo Poggio Bicchieri ap. Memoria

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio. L’agriturismo si compone di due appartamenti indipendenti con sala, cucina, camera e bagno. Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Cottage vicinissimo alla spiaggia

Cottage immerso nella natura a soli 950 metri dal mare. Ideale per famiglie o coppie è posizionato sul Litorale di Capalbio nel comprensorio sud della Costa d'Argento. Rilassante per godersi le vacanze al mare e strategico per visitare la costa e l’entroterra. La spiaggia, attrezzata e libera, si raggiunge anche a piedi o con le bici. I principali centri di riferimento dove si trovano tutti i servizi sono: Capalbio Scalo, distante 5 minuti in auto ed Orbetello a soli 10 minuti.

Terra Delle Sidhe, Seggiano, Tuscany

Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

La Bandita dei Bovi

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.

In addition to the two double bedrooms, you have a kitchen with an equipped kitchenette, fridge, induction cooker and a furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Mandrioli House

Cozy independent house in the countryside just outside Porto Ercole. Located only a few steps away from the historic center and the shops. The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs and dining table. There are three bedrooms one of which is equipped with a bathroom. There is a second bathroom and a kitchen with direct access to a veranda. There is another veranda with small sofas and a coffee table.

A lovely apartment at the sea front, with direct access to the sea with rock beaches, surrounded by a beautiful mediteranean garden. You can relax on the beach in every moment. You can swim in the sea whenever you want. Welcomes well behaved dogs. In the heart of Orbetello Taty House is a new studio flat of 30sqm with kitchen, bed and bathroom. Completely independent is a great choice to visit the Argentario and live the splendid town of Orbetello. Let's talk a little English and my wife speaks Russian.
