modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Dans un calme et charmant village de la vallée de Chamonix, notre chalet est exposé plein sud avec vue sur le Mont Blanc. Tous les loisirs de la montagne sont accessibles hiver comme été à moins de 15 mn. Le chalet en mélèze dispose de tout le confort moderne avec son poêle et la chaleur douce du chauffage au sol. La cuisine moderne est ouverte sur la pièce de vie chaleureuse et ensoleillée. 4 chambres dont 2 masters avec sdb, 1 chambre pour 1 couple et 1 chambre pour 3 personnes.

A very special 2-bedroom apartment, located on the 6th floor, with fireplace and a large open plan lounge with kitchenette and dining area. The huge floor to ceiling windows look out on a breathtaking view of the Flaine mountains, which can also be enjoyed from the balcony with a glass of champagne (or a cup of tea!).<br>The twin bedroom next to the lounge also has a door leading to the balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed, television and ensuite bathroom.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.
