Once two interlinking apartments (total of 120 m2), the layout of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 sitting rooms is perfect for families or groups of friends. The apartment has its own entrance and boot room and opens on to a private meadow with dining area and BBQ. The village of Samoens is just a short drive away.

Il se situe au pied de la piste cyclable faisant le tour du lac, à 7 min à pied de la plage et restaurants, à 15 min de la vieille ville en vélo, 20 min en voiture du Col de la Forclaz (paradis du parapente) et à 30 min en voiture de la station de ski La Clusaz.

Chalet Soleil Riant is spacious and well equipped for cosy holidays in the winter or eat alfresco in the summer, with families or friends. Les Carroz is an authentic alpine village with a lively town centre a 10 minute walk from the chalet. It is at 1140m altitude on a wide sunny plateau, offering winter sports, and lakes, open panoramas and nature in summer. It is 1 hour from Geneva, and accessible by public transport. The free shuttle bus takes 10 minutes to get to the slopes.

Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. In September 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.
