Lakeview apartment in the centre of Bellagio

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Apartment of 50sqm on the first floor directly on the lake, at only 9km from Bellagio. It overlooks the communal garden from which there is direct access via staircase to the lake. Lake-view balcony, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, bedroom and living room with TV. The parking is located at 80m. Late arrival (after 7pm) available on request. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
