Private ground floor, two double rooms, big kitchen fully equipped, bath, private garden, parking. Families with children very welcome. We are 200m near the lake and 300m to downtown with shops supermaket restaurants pizzerias, etc. My wife and I we live upstairs at first floor and will take care of all your needs and help you organizing your stay and visits of nice places around the lake and the region. Villa in Park with Spectacular Lake View

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - la Torre - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.
