Ca’vour 99 é il nostro appartamentino confortevole sul corso di Arona. Silenzioso e in pieno centro, permette di vivere il cuore storico della città. Dentro si compone un soggiorno-cucina, un’ampia camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Che siate cuochi o preferiate provare ristorantini, che amiate dormire indisturbati o svegliarvi presto e godere del lago al mattino, Ca’vour 99 segue tutte le vostre passioni. La casa sul lago, relax e quiete meditativa, Orta

Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

L’appartamento è situato al primo piano della villa circondata da un giardino, è molto luminoso e composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello, armadio; soggiorno con divano letto (2 posti), con possibile letto a brandina richiudibile, tavolo da pranzo e TV a schermo piatto curvo; bagno con la cabina doccia, wc, bidet e lavatrice ; cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, frigorifero, microonde e tutto il necessario per cucinare, inoltre ci sono 2 balconi.

Al centro di Dagnente, minuscola frazione di Arona sulle colline del Vergante, il lago di fronte e alle spalle i boschi e le montagne, si trova l'Asilo Infantile don Luigi Bellotti. Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.

Corte del Sole has a large enclosed courtyard with a fountain, bench and games for children, private and covered parking for cars, or other. The apartment has a large terrace with table, the house is perfectly renovated and the amenities are new. The room has a quiet terrace overlooking the internal garden.
