Appartamento con ingresso indipendente, primo piano. Composto da luminoso soggiorno, ampia cucina. Due camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale e una con letto singolo trasformabile in matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia. Arredo nuovo. Una terrazza. Wi-fi (Eolo, 30 mb). Pavimento riscaldato e condizionatore con pompa di calore. Giardino. Parcheggio. Dista cinque minuti in auto dal centro storico di Castelfranco Veneto e venti a piedi. Con il treno si può raggiungere Venezia, Padova e Treviso.

Inside a modern kitchen well equipped and a bright living room with typical table in wood for 6 people ideal for great dinner with italian food& wine. Available tv and free wi-fi, relax room for read or play if you have little guests, laundry and safe deposit for bikes or sport equipment.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
