Dimora tre soli è situata nel pieno centro storico di Avola, La casa è suddivisa in tre livelli, al pian terreno si trova l'area soggiorno dotata di area relax con divano e smart tv , un bagno e zona cucina, al secondo piano troviamo la prima camera matrimoniale di circa 25 mq con balconcino privato ed un bagno. Al secondo piano è situata la seconda camera da letto con terrazzo arredato, dispone di un comodissimo divano letto matrimoniale ortopedico. L'intera struttura è servita da wi-fi.
