Benvenuti a Ostana, uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia, situato in val Po di fronte al Monviso (3841 mt), la montagna più alta delle Alpi Cozie. La baita si trova a 1400 metri nella caratteristica borgata Sant'Antonio di Ostana, lontana dai circuiti turistici di massa. La baita ha una bella esposizione a sud-ovest, e dalla sua ampia terrazza si gode una vista spettacolare sul Monviso e sulle montagne circostanti. Nei mesi invernali, se lo desiderate, sarete avvolti dal calore del camino a legna.

En hiver, vous jouissez d'un accès rapide à la station de ski de Pelvoux par le chemin ou celle de Puy-Saint-Vincent (15min) en voiture ou en bus.

A 5 mn à pied du centre de Guillestre vous trouvez: tous commerces , cinéma, restaurants, supermarché. Aux portes du Queyras, Vars, Risoul, et de l'embrunais sa situation géographique vous donnera accès à un terrain de jeu illimité été comme hiver.

Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.

L'alloggio è in pieno centro in un bel complesso con giardino condominiale, portineria,a 50 metri dalla fermata del bus gratuito che porta alle piste e alla stazione ferroviaria. E' uno spazioso bilocale con camera da letto ,ampio soggiorno con divano letto doppio e poltrona letto, cucina separata da ante scorrevoli, bagno con vasca doccia.Ha una splendida vista sulle montagne e un ampio terrazzo soleggiato. Ha un comodo posto auto in garage e una cantina che funge da ski box.

Petit chalet bois en alpage

Tout y est mais il faut y aller: Attention accès: Route de montagne étroite en terre de 4km accessible avec un véhicule rustique (fortement conseillé). Nous ne préconisons pas la montée en véhicules neufs et/ou bas de caisse. Altitude 1650 mètres. De début décembre à fin mars, en raison de l’enneigement, la montée se fait uniquement en randonnée à pied, comptez 45 minutes environ. Quatre trous de golf (pitch and putt), des clubs et des balles sont à votre disposition.

The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
