Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. Tuck into a traditional tuscan breakfast on the flower adorned patio before kicking back on the pinstripe sofa with book from the in-house library. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. Internet connection WIFI is availble and free! Travellers and tourists on holiday in PISTOIA remain fascinated by its history. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Alloggio nel piccolo borgo antico di Gragnanella, a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro storico di Castelnuovo . Immerso nella natura nel " Cuore" della Garfagnana. Dove tutto pare fermarsi. La casa si dispone su tre piani: cucina con a disposizione forno a microonde, fuochi a induzione e frigo. Al piano superiore, 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 cameretta con due letti singoli, con possibilità su richiesta di trasformarli in letto matrimoniale. 1 bagno. Al piano seminterrato saletta con divano e TV.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. Sometimes, on request, I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Casa sulla Valle, un gioiello nella natura toscana

Un paesino medievale, lontano dal traffico e dallo smog, immerso nei boschi e nella tranquillità. Una casa accogliente con giardino, la mattina ci si sveglia con il cinguettio degli uccelli e la vista sulla vallata. La camera con letto matrimoniale si affaccia sulla valle, quella con 3 letti singoli ha la vista sul giardino. È possibile aggiungere un lettino per prima infanzia (sono presenti anche fasciatoio e seggiolone). Cucina abitabile, grande salone. Giardino.

Immersa nel verde, la nostra tenda glamping Il Bosco è un rifugio intimo dove la natura avvolge ogni momento. Sulla terrazza privata si trova una vasca idromassaggio panoramica, ideale per rilassarsi tra il suono del bosco e il cielo. Ca'Luni B&b è strutturato su due livelli, al piano superiore abbiamo due camere doppie ed una tripla, al piano superiore troverete un grande salone con una meravigliosa vista sulla vallata , l'accesso al giardino e alla piscina è accanto all'entrata principale. La colazione viene servita ogni mattina sul terrazzo della cucina accompagnata dal meraviglioso suono del fiume Siamo aperti a qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta degli ospiti, basta chiedere!

La casetta al lavatoio

La mia casa è situata in mezzo agli ulivi vicino a un vecchio lavatoio. Il piccolo borgo di Oneta è servito dal trasporto pubblico, e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Borgo a Mozzano dove si trovano attività per la famiglia,centro commerciale e la stazione ferroviaria. Ti piacerà la mia casetta per l'atmosfera accogliente, gli spazi esterni e l'intimità degli interni. E' adatta a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi.
