Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro. Tutt'intorno si dirama il quartiere più antico di Assisi, caratterizzato da vicoli, piazzette e case medioevali. Una parte della città sconosciuta ai più ma suggestiva e piacevole da scoprire.

Refined and elegant medieval house, just renovated, 90 Sq. m., located in the beautiful square of the village of Saragano. Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a living room with a double sofa bed and a landing overlooking the square. Possibility of extra bed or cot enfant.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
