The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

The Retreat has a private garden located by a brook that is fed by the White Spring. A perfect place to watch wildlife or just rest & relax. Scrumper's Rest is a studio cabin with a comfy double bed, full kitchen, and separate bathroom. Additional guests with tents / campers can be accommodated in the large field above the orchard.

The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Please note that the property has two narrow and steep staircases and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please feel free to contact us to book dates that appear blocked out.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

A unique guest cottage located in a tranquil garden in Central Bath with private access. It's finished to a high spec and has both en-suite bathroom and well equipped kitchenette as well as high-speed broadband, high quality bed linen, desk and ample clothes storage. There is off street car parking included. We are based in central Bath with the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the city centre only a 10 minutes walk away. Please note that it is STEPS ONLY access to the property.

Welcome to the Whitehouse apartment situated within walking distance of Bath city centre in the Oldfield Park area with the added benefit of free on-site parking. This ground floor garden apartment is completely self-contained tucked away at the rear of the main house and is equipped to a high standard. Outside the french doors open onto your own private patio area. There is a large open kitchen/living area, a separate double bedroom and bathroom.

GERTIE - Gertie is our beautiful home built traditional shepherds hut and is ready and waiting for guests. She sleeps 2 people in a small double sized bed. Fitted with a kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. En-suite rain shower, Burlington loo, heated towel rail and stacks of hot water. Cosy up next to the log burner and enjoy the wood fired hot tub which has become a popular addition.
