Relaxing in comfortable suite. Your accommodation is the entire lower level with private lounge. There are no cooking facilities. Pricing based on 2 guests in the main (king) bedroom with ensuite. The 2nd bedroom (king) off the lounge has a separate toilet incurs extra charges, $55pp/night. If 2 guests wish separate rooms book as 3 guests. Secure off-street parking for up to 2 vehicle. Central location (200 m to lake); (10-15 min walk to town); shop & cafe (4 min) and takeaways beside cafe.

A bright, warm, comfortable & sunny home. Main Bedroom.. Queen size Bed, Second Bedroom..single Bed.... Bedrooms have wardrobes, Bedside tables, lamps, extra blankets, electric blankets. There is a full size bathroom with shower, bath, vanity...adjacent to Main bedroom and a separate toilet for Guests use only...Please Note if two people wanting separate beds you will have to book for three people. Single Room is not let out separately only if 2 or3 in same group. Kitchen is not available .

The guest suite is the entire lower level of my home, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette area to make light meals . The only bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom, therefore guests in other rooms will need to share. Comfy beds, large living area with view out to a beautiful private garden, with off street parking. 1 km toTe Puia thermal park and Waipa mountain bike park. 7 minutes to town center. 2 kms to New World supermarket. Base price is for up to 4 people, extra person fee $30 per night.

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
