The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

Questa spiaggia balneabile, degrada nel lago dolcemente risultando ideale per bimbi e per chi vuole assaporare con naturalezza la frescura delle acque del lago. L'ansa è percorsa da una passeggiata che si sviluppa lungo tutto il litorale di Dervio per vari chilometri ed è percorribile sia a piedi che in bicicletta.
