Bilocale composto da : Ingresso soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale , un comodo tavolo con 4 sedie , una Tv Led 50 " , una cucina moderna con piano induzione ,Bollitore ,Macchinetta del caffè , Microonde,Toastapane,Frigorifero e un Freezer. Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Un nido d'amore confortevole e accogliente, adatto a chi vuole vivere esperienze sensoriali (specialmente gastronomiche!) in questa parte di Sardegna meno conosciuta, che alterna mare, pianura, collina e montagna e una tradizione viva, autentica

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Alghero fronte mare

Questa casa ad Alghero incanta gli ospiti con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, interni moderni e un'atmosfera avvolgente. La sua posizione fronte mare offre accesso immediato al lido, mentre gli spazi interni accoglienti, la cucina completamente attrezzata e le camere da letto confortevoli creano un rifugio perfetto. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

New apartment with private porch and a splendid view of the garden. A double bedroom with wardrobe, main bathroom with double shower, large living area with kitchenette. Design furnishings with a few touches of Sardinian furniture and craftsmanship. The residence is surrounded by greenery just 10 minutes from the city center, close to the main services and beaches, but at the same time away from traffic and noise.

La terrazza è molto ampia, ha una superficie di 37 mq, di cui oltre 20 mq protetti da una tettoia con vetrata. Panoramicissima, con vista mare verso Capo Caccia. Gli ospiti affermano che la struttura è più bella di quanto non appaia nelle foto.

The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
