All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.
