All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

This unique property is located in the center of Volosko, a gourmet mecca of Opatija Riviera. The original fisherman’s stone house has been updated with all the modern amenities. A large terrace is tucked away in lush Mediterranean plants, flowers and herbs. BBQ, a private table, offer a peace of mind in this unique setting. Catch of the day available from the neighborhood’s friendly fisherman. Volosko is home of the world champion in windsurfing, who runs a windsurfing school two minutes away.

Studio apartman Hermina nalazi se u centru Opatije. Mirna vintage oaza u staroj austrougarskoj vili okružena zelenilom i terasom, besplatnim parkingom te WiFijem osnovno je što treba za prekrasan početak Vašeg odmora. Tržnica, restorani i čudesni Lungo mare u krugu su od 150 metara. Naravno da je apartman opremljen svim što Vam je potrebno za ugodan odmor: kraljevski krevet, TV, dodatan ležaj, klima uređaj, opremljena kuhinja, kupaona, mašina za pranje rublja i kraljevski WC.

The floor of the building is recently built so almost everything in the apartment is new. It has small but functional kitchen with microwave, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with washing machine. Maybe the best part of the apartment is a large private terrace where you can relax and enjoy your vacation!

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
