Dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina con vista, un bagno privato e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Forniamo servizio di pulizia compresa, per raggiungere la nostra splendida location bisogna fare un pezzo pedonale di 250m e scale, siamo in pieno centro storico.I cani sono ammessi ma di piccola taglia.

Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. Free street parking a few mins walk. (Heavy suitcases not recommended).

Qualche minuto a piedi vi porterà non solo per il lago e al pittoresco centro storico. Offre un'ampia vista tra cui il colle di Brunate e Como. Una caratteristica è la grande terrazza sul tetto. Il trasporto pubblico è fuori della casa. La stazione ferroviaria è soli circa 10 minuti e da qui si può prendere un treno .Posto auto

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. And if you don't know what to expect, ask George (Clooney) for some suggestions. I am a sommelier, and I can also organize a tasting of Italian wines for you!

Vi proponiamo una meravigliosa baita in legno e pietra di 70 mq disposta su due livelli con un'atmosfera calda e confortevole e allo stesso tempo moderna e tecnologica , raggiungibile da una ripida stradina di 50 mt in discesa e percorribile solo a piedi . La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

Beautiful and private villa with lake view, private garden and jacuzzi, a few minutes walk from Como Lago station and next to one of Como's most popular attractions: the funicular to Brunate. The house is located in a mainly pedestrian area, but can be easily reached by car or taxi. The area is full of shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets and offers all the services you may need during a stay in Como.

Accogliente casetta in legno, appena ristrutturata, con una stupenda vista sulla parte più spettacolare del Lago di Como. Ideale per chi vuole fuggire dai luoghi affollati, in quanto si trova in una zona isolata e con ampia possibilita di effettuare passeggiati nei boschi circostanti e nello stesso tempo, si trova comunque in posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse del lago.

The apartment is located in Brunate, a small village on the hill, close to the city of Como, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. KIND NOTE: due to italian laws I kindly need all the guests to provide me a with valid ID (i.e identity card/passport) and pay CASH CITY TAX of €2 per night per person, not included into the price.
