The villa was recently renovated to modern high standard.

Parcheggio gratuito accanto alla casa, fermata autobus a 30 mt, vicinissimi anche supermercati ed altri negozi. In 5 minuti si arriva in centro o all'ospedale di Cisanello.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. A unique experience entirely to be enjoyed.

Plunged into the typical quietness of country, Casal delle Rondini is the ideal relaxing hideaway just 8km from Lucca and 12km from Pisa. Both cities are easily accessibile by public transportation.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
