The cottage is located in the reknowned "Val Graziosa" (Pretty Valley"), famous for its olive groves and production of exquisite olive oil. Once a watermill, the structure was recently converted into a stylish summer house and accommodates up to 6 people. The cottage unfolds between many levels as it conforms to the landscape. It is completed immersed in the nature, featuring views over the hills and the coast. Pisa, Lucca and Versilia are within very short distance, with Florence only 1hr away.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

It is located just a few meters from the train station and the walled city of Lucca. Situated on the first floor of Palazzo Pfanner, a charming baroque Palazzo and building of historical interest in the centre of the town of Lucca, the apartment recreates perfectly the atmosphere of the antique noble residences for visitors who wish to try this unique experience. The apartment, which has frescoes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries and the original ceiling with beams and ‘seminato alla veneziana’ flooring, offers a splendid panoramic view over the garden.
