Casita is another unit downstairs for others).

Classic 1950s ranch house located in the heart of Arizona. The property sits along the banks of Beaver Creek and The Verde River with access for water play or fishing. A walking trail meanders through Ash, Cottonwood, and Sycamores. Begin your day with a cup of coffee and a sunrise from the backyard or screened porch. Then head out for your day of adventure; trail riding, hiking, sight seeing, antiquing, or visiting local farm stands. End your day with views of a sunset from the front porch.

But with a screened in deck, additional patio, large grassy yard and Wet Beaver Creek just out the back door, you may find yourselves outside all day. NO PETS!

Lake Montezuma is located in the very center of Arizona, in the Verde Valley. In a short drive of less than an hour you can be in Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Jerome. This lovely Southwest style apartment has a private ,fenced, backyard for grilling or relaxing over a cup of coffee in the morning, . Although it is a duplex, the back yard is very private and nothing like apartment or motel lodging. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking allowed.

Only 30 minutes from Sedona or 20 minutes from beautiful pine trees. Only 15 minutes from Out of Africa 30 minutes from Historic Jerome.
