Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Per chi ama l'escursionismo, sono a disposizione diversi sentieri segnati per raggiungere località di interesse come il Lago Delio, Campagnano. A 3 km di distanza si trova Maccagno, sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, dove si può praticare canoa, wind surf e vela. Da Maccagno, in battello, si possono raggiungere le più importanti località del lago sia italiane sia svizzere.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Cozy Villa on Lake Como. The two-story structure was renovated and refurbished in 2021, with the all-window front providing stunning lake views. The spacious terrace is perfect for having a meal al fresco and enjoying the relaxing garden and jacuzzi. The property includes several amenities to ensure an amazing experience: Outdoor barbecue grill, AC in every room (and the covered patio), TVs in the bedrooms and living room, fireplace, private dock for rental boats, washer and dryer, and wifi.

Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Literally a few steps away from the ferry stop, this proud standing villa has a Secret Garden tucked away above the pedestrian cobbled streetlevel - great to observe life on the lake in full privacy!

The children love to play in the garden or the sandbox. Sorry, due to allergic reactions in our family, we do not allow pets in the house.
