A City of Carpinteria Transient Occupancy Tax of 15% will be collected separate from Airbnb fees based on the total nightly fee plus cleaning fee. This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed and only a few blocks to Carpinteria Beach. We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.
