Il Casale è circondato da 6 ettari di terra e si trova a 7km dal Ponte Tibetano di Sellano, a 20 da Rasiglia, a 20 da Norcia, a 28 da Cascia e a 8 dalle Terme di Triponzo. Vicino al Parco Nazionale dei Sibillini e ai fiumi Corno e Nera, dove stagionalmente è possibile pescare e praticare rafting, è ideale per la vita all'aria aperta. Essa è fornita di tutto ciò che si necessita per un comodo soggiorno, immersa nella natura e con vista panoramica sulla valle. Il parcheggio è a 20m, libero.

A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Private parking is available at no extra cost.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.
