Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Casa Manina sul Ponte - Your private Canal View

Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

The Venier apartment is located in the heart of Murano island, a few steps from the main public transport stops, shops, furnaces, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with two double bedrooms (one with the possibility of separate beds), living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine, kitchen furnished with microwave oven, induction hob and kettle. Furthermore, there are two terraces (one with a table). Internet with fiber WiFi.

Appartamento con ingresso indipendente, primo piano. Composto da luminoso soggiorno, ampia cucina. Due camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale e una con letto singolo trasformabile in matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia. Arredo nuovo. Una terrazza. Wi-fi (Eolo, 30 mb). Pavimento riscaldato e condizionatore con pompa di calore. Giardino. Parcheggio. Dista cinque minuti in auto dal centro storico di Castelfranco Veneto e venti a piedi. Con il treno si può raggiungere Venezia, Padova e Treviso.

Incanto Veneziano, spazioso con ampia terrazza

Spazioso e luminoso ed arieggiato appartamento al secondo piano di un antico palazzo veneziano, le scale sono comode da fare. Si accede attraverso un giardino privato. Tutte le stanze ed il terrazzo sono molto ampie e spaziose. La strada è l’appartamento sono molto silenziosi, nonostante si trovino in una zona molto centrale. I soffitti sono ornati di stucchi veneziani, camera da pranzo e salotto sono separati da un arco decorato, e hanno le finestre sul giardino lontano da altre case.
